Dear Parents/Guardians,
This week I want to recognize our
fifth grade NEWS BOWL team. Gina Holmes, Hayden Miller, Brandon
Bleile, Rachel Kashian and Gabrielle Mink took a computer test as a team and
answered 50 current events questions about our world, our nation, sports,
politics, geography, famous people and other topics. The group has to
discuss and agree to one answer per question. From that test they were ranked
39th in the nation out of 202 teams. This was our first attempt at
this competition. We look forward to participating again next year.
Yours
in Christ, Mrs. French
