| Free Sports Physical Screening - May 21, 2008 |
St. Paul High School Athletic Department with Brian Siddall and the FTMC Physical Therapy and Athletic Training staff will be hosting free sports physical screenings on Wednesday, May 21st from 5:15pm until 6:45pm in the Convocation Center.
Anyone in grades 7 through 12 and playing a sport next school year is highly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
These comprehensive sports physicals are provided free by some of the best area doctors and nurse practitioners with the help of a wonderful volunteer nursing and support staff.
Incoming 9th through 12th graders may pick up their physical packets in the high school athletic office beginning Monday, May 12th.
Incoming 7th & 8th graders will be given their physical packets by Mr. Tom Baker Monday, May 19th.
All paperwork must be filled out by a parent proir to receiving your physical or your parent may accompany you to the physical.
Be sure to wear your glasses and/or contacts if you have them. Also wear shorts and a tee-shirt to the physical.
High School students should report to the cafeteria between 5pm and 6pm.
DO NOT COME BEFORE 5:00PM
Junior High students should report to the cafeteria between 6:15pm and 6:45pm.
No one will be taken after 7:00pm. |
