About the SHOP Program
The SHOP Program purchases merchant gift certificates in large volume at a discount. Parents, relatives, and friends buy these certificates from the program at face value to pay for everyday expenses like food, clothing, gasoline, and other essentials. The profit received by the program is then passed along to families in the form of tuition credits.

J.C. Penney gift cards are no longer accepted as payment on J.C. Penney charge accounts.
$10 charge for the first check returned by the bank for insufficient funds, $25 for each additional.
DO NOT remove the NCS SHOP Program sticker from Sheri’s Coffee House gift cards.
